Description

Hannah Stainer joins me on this episode for a topic that I was desperate to know more about... Neurodiversity.

Hannah is an autism and ADHD specialist coach and mentor, a mental wellbeing coach, psychology lecturer and neurodiversity trainer. She’s the creator and host of the Psykhe Mental Wellbeing Podcast. And she kindly dropped by to school me on all things neurodiversity - or at least as much as we could fit into an hour. I'm sure a part 2 will happen soon!

We dig into:

  1. What we talk about when we talk about neurodiversity
  2. Why a diagnosis is a starting point, not a finish line
  3. Where the unique strengths and gifts are
  4. What neurotypicals can do to avoid the missed empathy opportunity
  5. Some common ways ADHD or ASD can show up - and how girls and women are often underdiagnosed

This is truly a brilliant chat - listen in and let us know what you think!
