What do sleep and music have in common? They are both great for your health. They can also be combined into something that are greater than the sum of their parts! What do we mean by that? Well we’re talking about sleep sounds of course!

Sleep sounds have been known for years to help people get to sleep faster and have higher quality sleep, but recently there has been more research into how listening to actual music around bedtime can help too! It’s been shown to cause physiological reactions such as changes in hormonal levels and slowing down or speeding up your heart rate. All these things can have positive and negative impacts on your sleep, and this week we’ll give you all the tips and tricks you need to use music to maximize your sleep!
