With the 20th FightFit games coming up this weekend, Brad Sassman aims to give some insight as to the mindset of a fighter coming into Challenge week. Having previously done the Challenge 4 times, Brad goes through his experiences and techniques for being physically and mentally sharp for fight night.
In the second part of the podcast, we talked to Paul Fyfield. Paul is the head trainer at FightFit and on Friday will reach the milestone of 20 challenges. As well as valuable wisdom into how to be the best fighter you can be on the night, Paul also shares a few good stories about previous contestants as well as his pro fighters.
