In the 43rd episode of the 'FightFit Podcast,' we were joined by the 'Filipino Flash,' River Daz.
River Daz is a professional kick boxer who currently fights for 'Glory Kickboxing' in the featherweight division. With an undefeated record of 26 wins and one draw, River is certainly one of Australia's most exciting combat sports prospects.
Furthermore, Daz is coached by the great @Mark Hammer Castagnini out of Hammer's gym. River will be fighting this Saturday the 7th of December in an epic 4 man elimination tournament as part of the Glory 73 Shenzhen card.
