This week on the podcast, we were joined by Australian champion kickboxer Nasar Kassab.
Nasar has been competing and winning titles in Kyokushin since nearly age before moving into kickboxing. He has been training under FightFit's very own @Nick Kara for 2 years now and is undefeated in that time, acquiring 2 Australian titles.
At just 20 years old, Nasar is one of Australia's brightest young prospects and looks to have a bright future ahead on the International stage.
