Some people complain during low points and say, "I'm just not feeling motivated lately." People who say that have a fundamental misunderstanding of what motivation is. Motivation can be fleeting; motivation can come and go in an instant. However, motivation is what gets you started. It is what gets the ball rolling. Where we tend go wrong is when we depend on motivation to keep the ball rolling. The boys also go over the difference between motivation through the negative or not wanting something and motivation through the positive or wanting to achieve a certain goal; is one better than the other? Give a listen to find out what Cam and Andrew think! the challenge for this weekend is to write down what we don't want in life as well as what we do want, and to also go over this past week and find circumstances where we were not motivated and let it get the best of us. What led up to that circumstance and prevent it from happening again in the week to come!
