In this episode, we interview a childhood friend of mine, Connor OHanlon.
Connor was not someone who would've ever suspected that they were going to deal with true anxiety and depression. I personally always remember Connor being a super confident, friendly guy with many different hobbies and interests.
Once college came around, though, his mental health would begin to take an unexpected turn.
What I love about this episode is that Connor has a story that is so relatable to so many people. I feel that I am constantly talking to individuals who saw their mental health suffer in college. It's a new environment that, despite grade schools attempts at preparing us, no one is ever truly ready for.
Connor was extremely transparent with us in that he is still in the process of healing, but he has a ton of great value to add to anyone who tunes into this episode.
