Your #GoGetItChallenge of the week: First, identify two things in your life that are a should that you are going to make a must. Next, write down what is stopping you from making it a must. Then, write down why you are going to change each of those things from a should to must. If you don’t feel you have associated enough pain or pleasure with turning that should to a must, then keep going deeper.
