So, remember how I said that Daredevil's cancellation was probably totally unsurprising business, based on a planned move of Marvel's shows from Netflix to the upcoming Disney Plus streaming service? Well, let's all stop pretending that my moderately educated guesswork is reliable news reporting, OK? Because the writers were actually convening to begin breaking down season 4 when the word came in, quite suddenly and without much in the way of explanation, that the show had been pulled from Netflix despite being in its top 5 most popular shows. Asked for comment by Entertainment Weekly, star Charlie Cox, still reeling, described himself as "very saddened."
