The critics continue their onslaught of horrible reviews of Glass, which I went out on a limb and, even knowing how uneven M. Night Shyamalan can be, named my most highly anticipate movie of 2019 on an earlier episode of this podcast.

I've gathered some particular brutal reviews, and while I won't let them prejudice me against the film which I will see when it premieres on Friday January 18, I'm certainly prepared for a film which, if it's awful, won't disappoint me. Of course, it's equally possible that I disagree with these many critics, and love Glass. I'm prepared to be pleasantly surprised, and also steeled for a 2-hour Shyamalanathon of disjointed, sloppy storytelling.

Also, there are some great things you can watch now: True Detective season 3 premiered Sunday on HBO, and - talk about uneven storytelling - just forget season 2 ever happened, because this show is amazing again!

Also, the teaser trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home was released today! You can watch it here: https://youtu.be/VUFmhKpZKlE
