Description

It's a tale of two Netflix series, both starring Jason Bateman - one of which is in deep decline and likely about to end it's long run, and another of which is just getting started. Say goodbye to Arrested Development's Michael Bluth, and pray for Marty Byrde, who is forever just barely surviving the dangerous decisions he's made for himself and his family. There may always be money in the banana stand, but there are cartel members and crazy rednecks (or hillbillies!) in Ozark.

Plus, uh - Kanye needs some help. You may have caught his very sad performance in the White House today - much like Trump and Jim Brown, I don't know what to make of it, but I am worried about him. Mental illness is no laughing matter, even though the transcript of his bizarre monologue is a little bit funny at moments. Mostly, I'm sad and concerned for the poor guy - but not as much as I am for Marty Byrde and his family, and for the cast of Arrested Development who apparently had a miserable time working with Jeffrey Tambor. I wish everyone, actors, musicians, politicians and fictional characters - it is getting hard to tell them apart from each other - only the best.
