Matt Murdock is alive, but just barely, after the events of The Defenders. At your request, I'm recapping episodes of Daredevil Season 3, now available on Netflix. Poor Matt has lost yet another of his senses, along with the will to fight or live beyond the safety of the orphanage where he grew up. But when he's cast out and sent to the basement, and lectured by Sister Maggie, the devil begins to stir. The appropriately titled premiere episode, "Resurrection," sees signs of life returning to Matt Murdock despite all the punches that life has thrown at him. Well, life and his many enemies - for instance, his most despised nemesis Wilson Fisk. And say, what's up with the Kingpin, anyway? He, too is a changed man, and events are set in motion which will see the two facing off against each other again, both newly strong yet also more vulnerable than before.
