Meanwhile, my friends are telling me that I've missed the point with Venom: it's so bad, some say, that it's great! As a Gen-Xer, I feel that my camp bonafides are well established - I'm all about enjoying poorly made entertainment for it's flaws, but Venom was just too expensive and well-polished a turd for me to enjoy. Although I'll grant you, there are moments where the editing gets so bad I did have a real belly-laugh. But if I've lost my joie de crap, if I'm missing the fun, if there's something about Venom that I'm missing, please let me know.
