New York Comic Con was a lot of fun, and I look forward to recapping some of the highlights - although, truthfully, this con more than most was more about the people, my friends, than it was any new product. A lot of the premieres and sneak previews were pretty lame. And in any case, any NYCC talk will have to wait until after I recap the Better Call Saul season finale tomorrow.

So, let me take this opportunity to do what no other voice actor seems willing to - call out Rachel Butera for her disgusting mockery of sexual assault survivor Christine Blasey Ford, as she poured out her heart and relived her trauma, at incredible risk to her reputation and safety while Rachel thought it would be funny to mock her and post it on social media. Before Disney gives her the pass it refused James Gunn and decides to keep her on Star Wars Resistance - as if it weren't awful enough already - let me remind them of their moral duty to fire her. It's also the job of Murphy Brown to justify it's revival as an antidote to misogyny to fire this disgusting bully who mocks victims during the worst moment of their lives, to gin up publicity and to begin working on a second career as a professional "victim" of "political correctness" - i.e., someone who generates millions of dollars in contributions from troglodytes, people to whom she will become a folk hero for joining them in beating down poor Dr. Ford, whose life has already been destroyed beyond measure while Butera somehow remains above reproach by a community that frankly really disappoints me. If you don't speak up now, why are you bothering with a career based on self-expression? Go work at the post office, where if you don't say anything about an awful co-worker for fear of rocking the boat, you'll be fine. How anyone who lets this go can sleep at night is a mystery to me.

OK, stepping of my soapbox now. Also, Star Wars Resistance is hot garbage, but that was already well known before Rachel opened her diseased mouth and joined in the bullying of Dr. Ford.
