This is the first sermon in our 2024 summer sermon series, “Apocalypse Now: Revelation’s Call to be Faithful Witnesses.” In this series, we’re talking about what Revelation meant for its original audience and what it means for the church today. This first sermon is an intro to the rest of the series and looks at the framework that Revelation gives us as a prophetic, pastoral letter written in an apocalyptic style.
