Jed and I get the opportunity to speak with Texas Slim. Texas Slim is many things: innovator, motivator, teacher, friend, rancher, scholar, Bitcoiner, ... He is the Father of the Beef Initiative, a grass roots movement allowing ranchers to reach customers directly. Slim advocates for a quality of life in all aspects including nutrition. We had an amazing chat with him and look forward to speaking with him again. The local member of the Redding Bitcoin Center and Redding Bitcoin Meetup plan to help Slim in the venture and are going to go "shake our local ranchers hand".
