In this episode, L probably makes sense in her thought process of Internal people vs. External people. She kinda explains Internal and External locus of control which–according to Google–refers to the "degree to which people believe they have control over events in their lives, either believing their actions determine outcomes (internal locus) or that external forces do (external locus)." You might like it. I kinda did.
