Guys, I did this Episode on Therapy because I had my 2nd therapy session today and was blown away.
I wanted to share my experience. What I was able to get out of it and share some of my Therapist's feedback of me with you all.
But most of all I wanted to share what I discovered after my two seesions with my Therapist.
What I discovered about myself and the overall techniques and tools I had already been using that help me get over issues
emotions, thoughts, overthinking, and so on. I hope you take something away from this.
