What is it? Why is it named SoulKitchen?
As any good and thorough Virgo would do, I am giving you the origin story of SoulKitchen. So many people have asked me if it has anything to do with food, and sadly at this time, not really, but who knows what the future holds for us?
In this first episode, I share with you how this podcast was born in the middle of the ocean Fall of 2018 onboard a naval ship. All fancy words to say, it's the origin story, y'all, with a bit of commentary on why I love this concept and have used it throughout my travels since then.
