In this episode we tackle some very challenging questions for bands and groups growing their career. Although I think it will apply to all artists and industry professionals trying to navigate the longevity of an individual project. One of my favorite take aways was measuring progress towards goals and hanging onto a dream goal even when it seems far reaching. From experience I know it doesn't take long for those dream goals to come to fruition you find the process that leads to achieving your short term practical goals on a regular basis.
