Brian's Predictions:
* Lowest Inventory in 50 years, still highest of homes sold in 15 years
*More people becoming Realtors
*Higher agent turnover due to unexpected market changes
*Paramount to agent survival is to find the right brokerage that provides great training and support for their agents
*90% of buyers surveyed said they would use their agents again, but truth is 28% actually call their previous agent again due to lack of agent involvement with clients. Personal connection with clients is a must

*Not all new agents are going to succeed in this market, so they need align themselves with experienced brokerages with the best training and support during the changes.
*Highly professional skilled agents will be what is sought out
SOME GOOD HABITS FOR THE NEW YEAR FROM DR. YUN:
*Have fun with the fundamentals: face to face with clients, personal connections and lots of good communication will be necessary to succeed. *Celebrate ALL your successes, both seemingly small and large. Need to keep that "good feeling" in your brain to keep you going through each deal.
*Take good care of yourself and always keep training to be a better person and agent. If you aren't improving you are becoming obsolete.
DR. YUN's BOLD PREDICTIONS:
*Tapering of huge home appreciations
*Agents need to make good investments to set themselves up for the changes in real estate in order to keep themselves protected
*Expect the market to slow down by the middle of next year, not remain a frenzied market.
*2022 will have us seeing a changed market in general
*2023 will be a market for skilled professionals in real estate
AARON'S PREDICTIONS FOR OUR LOCAL MARKET:
*It will be mostly like the national market with increased pricing and a slow down of crazy sales, however it will still be in the average range since our market generally doesn't have huge fluctuations in prices.
*Our local association is the largest it has been in years but we may see an exit of some agents and others moving to a team for more skills and training.
*F.C. Tucker Emge Realtors will still be the pre-eminent training source for new agents in our local market
