It's Thanksgiving week here in the US. A time of reflecting on what you're grateful for and a time of massive quantities of food. On this week's show I talk about how you can use this time to really reflect on things that you are thankful for in your life, and how that attitude of gratitude Is useful in your health and fitness journey. I also talk about a couple of things you can do so you don't absolutely blow all of your progress by gorging yourself at Thanksgiving meal time, and yet still enjoy yourself and your time with loved ones.
On a personal note this week, I do wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! I am extremely grateful to you, my audience for your continued support and interest in my little show here, and I sincerely hope you are getting value from it.
