Rama Gupta, has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Health from Michigan State University with the intention of pursuing a career in medicine. He currently, owns and manages 10 single-family homes and two duplexes. His goal is to acquire/ invest in a true multifamily asset in 18-24 months. His career in insurance and risk management started three years ago with a specialization in real estate (60%), construction & development(25%), and manufacturing(15%). He currently runs a large tenant liability (renter’s insurance) program and has experience creating insurance programs for real estate portfolios up to one billion in value.
