Nick opens up and shares his story of growing up in the hustle and bustle of Sydney life and searching for a greater meaning. Through sickness and rock bottom lows he decided enough was enough and set out on his pilgrimage to find what life for him was all about. Healing himself with a raw food diet, this new energy in life took him to Kenya to start a utopia society of living off the land. Nick now resides in Kuranda Queenland and his vision of helping others and the planet is expressed through his love of food in his popular cafe known as fruibies.
