Unlearning is learning to think, behave, or perceive differently, when there are already beliefs, behaviors, or assumptions in place (that get in the way), at either the individual or the organizational level. The unlearning process can be a very difficult one especially when said behaviors are passed down generationally. Queen, researcher, activist, artist Jen Katshunga sits down with Elayna Christine to explain the victories and difficulties she's had throughout her unlearning process and how it has ultimately led to her own healing and growth.
