Host Blaine Spencer sits down with Olympian Adrian Durant. They talk about his passion for track, his journey to ensure he met his goal of being in the Olympics. Next, Adrian describes the experience in Athens in 2004 and compared it to when he returned in 2016 as a coach of the U.S. Virgin Islands. They discuss his transition to coaching, how he motivates his athletes at Cornell and answers some fan questions. Lastly, they discuss the Ivy Leagues decision to take away their season and what he thinks on whether or not the Olympics in Tokyo should take place. It was an honor to have him on the show.
