During her hospitality industry career working in corporate America, Rita Connor represented some of the top Four and Five Star resorts and hotels in the world. Rita served as Vice President of Education for Society of Incentive Travel Executives and as a Board member of Meeting Professionals International. In the year 2000, Rita’s passion for the transformative powers of spa resorts inspired her to create her own successful company, Elite Resorts & Spas where she promoted meetings and incentives to some of the finest, independent hotels and resorts in North America.
In Rita’s Act 3, she became a Licensed Professional Coach, Author, Certified Seminar Leader and Keynote Speaker. Rita shares cutting-edge insights from her bestselling book, Your Wow Years - Supercharge the Second Half of Life as a speaker and workshop leader. Rita and her boyfriend are avid travelers. She also enjoys her current role as Vice President of Beach Cities Toastmasters Club in Manhattan Beach. Her passion is to help others live their best chapter ever!
