there are two categories i separate change into: temporary and permanent. and in those two categories come a wide variety of feelings. there's change in environment, career, family, death, romance, friendships. and change can feel like you have no control over your life which can trigger a lot of anxiety. and that's completely normal. today, i delve into how to digest the feelings that change can bring. no fun episode today but i hope this can help some of you. i like giving you guys unsolicited advice. ;)
