In this episode of Sleep By Shea, Shea is joined by Tammy Spiller, Clinical Nutritionist at The Banyans, to talk about healthy food (and other) habits for sleep. Tammy has a specific interest in nutrition for mental health, which as we all know, is directly linked to sleep. Tammy and Shea chat about ways to entrain our Circadian Rhythm, what we should avoid eating in the day-time, why she looks at sleep and night-time routines when consulting for patients, and how our nervous system pathways should be considered when we have sleep difficulties.
