Ed McLeish is just your typical, every day Aussie guy. He has a great life, friends, family and job he loves. He's busy, social, and this year, Ed made the decision to really focus on his overall health and wellbeing. While working on his own professional development, Ed realised that he was letting his poor quality sleep get in the way of living a completely happy, healthy and well rested life. But unlike other typical Australian men, Ed decided to tackle his sleep issue head on, which lead him to booking a series of Sleep Consultations with Shea. This Men's Health Week, we are celebrating the importance of Men's Health, in particular, building healthy habits by speaking with Ed. It's been a few months since Ed's initial consultation with Shea, so he comes to this interview with hindsight, excitement and a new lease on his sleep habits. Enjoy!
