Welcome back to another monthly Holistic Tips episode! Over the last month, I have spoken to many of my clients about the importance of emotional resilience when making changes in their lives. And, to be clear, this is not about having a lack of boundaries, “putting up” with unacceptable behaviors/systemic issues, or ignoring how we feel. Emotional resilience is about having the autonomy, or the choice, to decide the impact and the intensity of the emotions that come up. Emotional resilience is about taking the power back and being in control of our own emotions again- instead of our emotions being in control of us. Let's get into it!
