So to reduce those overwhelming feelings Grace will guide you through reducing your goals into small pieces, smaller tasks and steps to achieving your goals. And that by accomplishing them one at a time it is an easier way to physically and mentally deal with the day to day action steps and individual tasks that need to be done to get you from where you are to where you want to be. She also goes through Mind Mapping which is a great visual tool to ensure all the steps are completed.
