This episode was inspired by a question from a new client who thought everyone I worked with tracked their calories. This couldn't be further from the truth but it got me thinking that perhaps a-lot of people believe that tracking calories is the best way to lose body fat so in this episode I discuss tracking, the real pro's and con's, who should and shouldn't track, if you need to track all 3 macros, how to track a home cooked meal, tracking calories from exercise and much more
