The American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada has join the case with Alex Falconi from Our Nevada Judges to fight a new rule allowing unprecedented control of family court proceedings
Our friend from Our Nevada Judges, Alex Falconi, has been arguing with the Nevada Court System on their efforts to prevent his organization from covering court proceedings. The new rule they implemented would allow the court to deny access to ALL court proceedings without cause. The American Civil Liberties Union have taken the case to fight this unjust ruling. This is an unprecedented move and is a watershed moment where we just might finally get more visibility into the court operations, especially in family court.
