John Porter, along with his wife, is the founder and owner of Barter Pay, a financial system for businesses based on the oldest form of commerce: bartering. They have been developing the business since 1996 growing the system and pivoting along with the market trends. Since the pandemic, they’ve seen exponential growth and will soon be launching their app Barter It, a similar system built on the premise of bartering, but for everyday individuals.
