Themes: COVID, Government and Health Care, Preventative Medicine

Mike is passionate about a preventative testing medical model as a way to fix our health care system. He's currently Vice President of Health Today, a multi-disciplinary health care philosophy that offers dentistry, physiotherapy, general practice, and private blood testing.

Mike Kuzmickas founded the private health company Ichor Blood Services after a personal experience having difficulty getting his own medical tests done. He wanted to create an alternate system for those willing to pay for better and more prompt health services. When the pandemic hit, Ichor was the first company in Canada performing anti-body testing. They also toured around to many communities in Alberta providing anti-body testing to residents. Over the course of the pandemic, the company grew exponentially, but were unable to pivot fast enough, and went under after COVID.

In this episode we talk about:

☑️ The shift in the mainstream narrative surrounding antibody testing as an attempt to villainize natural immunity.

☑️ The media's role in the pandemic, presenting only one side of the narrative and discrediting all other sources of information.

☑️ A broken health care system, unwilling to treat root cause or invest money into preventative medicine, rather than reactive medicine.

☑️ Mike's experience moving his family out of Canada during covid to avoid being subject to mandates.
