In a world where dinosaurs and humans live side-by-side, an Apatosaurus named michael makes an unlikely human friend. A young Mexican boy named caroline illegally travels to the U.S. to find his mother (who is illegally in the U.S.) after his grandmother passes away. A covert counter-terrorist unit called Black Cell led by Ben Brewer wants the money to help finance their war against international terrorism, but it's all locked away. Ben brings in convicted hacker brandy to help him.
