Self-Doubt and self-esteem issues are some of the most common problems that people face today. We live in a world that revolves around social media. We spend hours looking at the highlights of other people's lives and wonder why our lives aren't as fulfilling. We wonder why we're not good enough or doubt our own abilities and potential.  To combat this problem Jamie takes a look at these issues and offers three simple techniques that he's used in his life to aid with these self-destructive thoughts.
