Black Box Improv Theater is kind of a trailblazer as Dayton’s only improv theater, and we got the chance to have an entertaining and educational chat with founder and owner, Justin Howard, who also owns Emerge Improv, an experience-based training to help teams and organizations transform the way they communicate.
