My go to strategy for when life is getting the best of me and I want to release or make sense of whats going inside of my mind. Taking the chaos that is inside of my head and reframing it into a different perspective. Allowing me to release what is looping in my brain and gain some peace or clarity. This is my experience with why Brain Dump Sessions are such an important part of my self love & growth journey. Sometimes we just need to get out of our heads and into our bodies, and this is the perfect practice for that.
