Mom guilt. We've all felt it, the idea that you're not doing enough as a parent. It's that haunting feeling that can sometimes keep us up at night. Its the gut wrenching, heart aching inkling that often hits us like a ton of bricks and feels like there's no way out of it. In this episode, I share some of my wins and losses in the epic battle of mom guilt. The nudge to start putting yourself and your mental health and well-being first and a friendly reminder that the age ol' saying 'you cant pour from an empty cup', is TRUE. This journey of motherhood doesn't come with a handbook and these are some heavy times were navigating as parents these days. I hope you find these words, tools, and mindset shifts to be a reminder that you're a damn good mother and you're doing the best job that you can with what you have. We are all in this together and these kids are lucky to have us as parents who care enough about their well being that we lose sleep at night.
