When is the last time that you checked in with yourself? I mean actually checked in with what's alive inside of your body, your soul, your emotions, your being? We are so busy as moms, women, humans and we often forget ourselves. This is my Self Love Check In process that I do with myself daily, if not multiple times a day. I cannot show up in this world the way I want to as a mother, as a business owner, as a partner, or as a friend; if im not taking care of my needs first. I challenge you to listen to this episode, like really listen. Then take action and check in with yourself. Ask yourself these questions:

How am I feeling?

What do I need?

How can I honor myself?

Am I trying to fix/control/solve/ manipulate anything?

What can I say NO to?

What can I say YES to?

Is there a boundary that I need to set or honor?

Can I ask for help or support?

The first step to living a better, more peaceful life is to be aware of what alive inside of you. This is the first step. Check in. You're worth a few extra minutes of this process aren't you?
