Sonia Lewis is an author, influencer, activist, and Founder/CEO of ASCRIBE Educational Consulting, where they are reimagining the possibilities of educational, workplace and racial equity.

The goal of ASCRIBE is to curate safe and brave spaces where they can partner to reflect and deconstruct the micro and macro experiences associated with the norms and dysfunctions of the American dream, which hinges on an intersection of male white dominance.

Ms. Lewis also founded the non-profit organization EDIFY Humanity where they 

• Instill pride in BIPOC history and contributions that are the foundation of American history.
• Make representation matter, 
• Hold the educational system accountable for the disparities and targeted policies that built and perpetuated the school-to-prison pipeline.
• Teach scholars the importance of being a catalyst for social justice through advocacy and agency inclusion.
• Inspire leaders who see value in their whole identity
