72 hour fast notes

My why: I am fasting for

MY STATS AND JOURNAL

Day 1: definitely felt pretty hungry 1-24 hrs, had a headache and felt light headed. I did a moderate cross fit workout and sweat a lot. and played light tennis.

Day2: hard to get up, felt weak, but then once up with electrolytes felt fine and then felt super focused and had less hunger pains around 24-48hrs.

Day 3: Due to lack of sleep (my mistake) I felt more distracted, stomach growled 2 hours from breaking. I was def pale and cold, but mind is clear/no headache or light headedness. I could stand fine.

- Use the LIFE app to track your fast

- It helps to do the fast with others

- End starting slow, like sipping bone broth, eat a little, wait an hour then eat a little more.

Can I work out while fasting?

- yes but listen to your body and be careful if you feel lightheaded or can't stand. Hydrate a TON.

"When you break your 72 hour fast, go for healthy fats, such as Avocado, salmon, steak, etc.. And like anything, use this diet along with a healthy lifestyle overall, and you will see a significant increase in your well-being and quality of life going forward."
