When nothing was helping, I sought help in a place I never thought I would. It was incredibly hard and bleak. To this day, I am not sure it was the best decision, but it's part of my journey. It's what I felt I had to do at the time for me and my family, and it ultimately led me to my next steps. It's all a journey.
