In this new series called "Sharpen the Axe", we dive into some topics outside of the realm of physical health. We discuss different facets of mental, emotional, and spiritual health that we believe make a person truly healthy. This first episode is to pay tribute to our previous coach and mentor Chad Short who is a large reason for why we are doing what we are doing today. We hope to carry on his lessons, his stories, and his legacy and share it with you all. We hope some of these lessons and ideas resonate with you and we are excited to hear from you all about them.
