With her Masters degree in nutrition and  biomedicine, intertwined with the knowledge of female and sports  physiology, she who works with female athletes and women who need help correcting their hormones and menstrual cycle. She also work with female athletes to improve their performance through adjustments in nutrition and training.  We speak about specifics of female physiology and their training and nutrition needs.
