Stop. Drop. Shut 'em down open up shop. Oh no that's how Chris and Joe roll as they are back for episode 11 of You Should Watch. Before getting into their assigned viewings, Chris and Joe talk a little current events, correct and discuss omissions from previous episodes and have a mostly one sided deep dive into A League Of Their Own. The first film up is 2013's Blue Ruin. From director, Jeremy Saulnier (Green Room), Blue Ruin is the story of one man's ill equipped quest for revenge. After the 1993 murder of his parents, Dwight learns that their killer is set to be released from prison and decides to set off and seek redemption by killing the man responsible for ruining his life. Your hosts then switch gears and discuss the first two episodes of FX's The People vs. OJ Simpson. The show is Ryan Murphy's over the top retelling of the events surrounding the murders of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman and the media circus that was the OJ Simpson murder trial. Episode 1, titled "From the Ashes of Tragedy", covers the murders that shocked a nation and the emergence of OJ Simpson as the prime suspect. Episode 2, titled "The Run of His Life" depicts the most infamous car chase in American history and details how the world stopped in order for everyone to watch a white Ford Bronco slowly speeding down open highways. Talk is cheap mother fucker.
