Today, Bishop teaches from Luke 9:30-33 on the "Ultimate Exodus" of Jesus Christ. Moses and Elijah had similar experiences. Both had mountain ministries. However, Jesus needed to be strengthened knowing His death was near. Death is a department or going out from this life. Going out from bondage, pain and humiliation, so death, to a saint, is a going forth from a land of captivity to one of plenty and freedom. Moses shared how God miraculous saved and delivered the people of Israel. Elijah stressed the many prophecies concerning the suffering of Jesus and the glory that should follow. We can't live on the mountaintop. We, as believers, must be able to go into the valley to meet the needs of others. In this season, you (as a believer) are you ready to stand before Christ? Are you ready to change your lifestyle? If not, its time to repent and get right with the Lord. If you are not save, it is a perfect time to accept Him as your personal Lord and Savior.
