Today, Bishop continued on the same topic "Intercession: The Power of Partnership in Prayer." The Holy Spirit strengthens us and sustains us through times of trials. Christ interceded for our sins and as believers, the Holy Spirit intercedes for our weakness. "Intercedes" means "approaches or appeals to someone." The help the Spirit gives is His interceding. Even though the Spirit's words are not expressed, the Father knows what the Spirit is thinking. God does have an intention, a purpose, and a plan. In Him, we (believers) are chosen and have been predestined according to His plan. There are two intercessors for a Christian: (1) Christ and (2) the Holy Spirit. As believers, we are blessed to have an Advocate who intercedes on our behalf. We pray this message encourages you in your prayer life and teaches you to become a better intercessor.
